Releases

Guildhall release notes capture the product claim each version can honestly make, the proof behind that claim, and the limits that still remain.

The published docs root defaults to the latest public release. Main-branch docs are published separately under Next so unreleased work can be documented without promising it to users who installed the current npm package.

Historical release notes stay versioned with their docs snapshot. The current stable snapshot is Guildhall 0.8.0.

  • 0.8.0 — Pressure-Test Intake, Project Overview, cleaner project notes, Git Story Closure, Commit Story messages, and clearer provider defaults for the Next docs preview.
  • 0.7.0 — project planning, scoped lever settings, Corpus Map integration, context-indexer model role, workspace import cleanup, and a calmer project shell.
  • 0.6.0 — bounded recovery, scoped learning, project playbooks, product feedback drafts, and model comparison evidence.
  • 0.5.1 — a smaller CLI, clearer first-run docs, and route cleanup after the 0.5.0 service pivot.
  • 0.5.0 — the service-over-projects pivot, packaged install path, and preserved narrow automation path.
  • 0.4.0 — the first release with real end-to-end proof for narrow autonomous tasks.
